QuikBot Technologies has secured a commercial agreement with UPS, one of the world’s largest package delivery and supply chain management companies, to deploy its Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery (AFMD) Platform-as-a-Service in Singapore.

Where traditional delivery models rely on manual handoffs at the building lobby, this partnership pushes the endpoint further. UPS parcels will move through lobbies, into lifts, along corridors, and directly to recipients, all without human intervention. QuikBot’s agentic AI handles the navigation, building system interactions, and delivery confirmation end to end.

“UPS has always been at the forefront of logistics innovation, and this agreement with QuikBot reflects our commitment to finding smarter ways to serve our customers in Singapore,” said Alan Ng, CEO of QuikBot Technologies. “Autonomous final-mile delivery is no longer a concept. It is happening, and this partnership puts it into practice at scale.”

QuikBot’s AFMD platform integrates directly with building infrastructure, including lifts, turnstiles, and access control systems. It is already operational across a range of commercial properties in Singapore: South Beach, Mapletree Business City, Geneo, and Ascent. The upcoming Punggol Digital District is next in the pipeline, extending QuikBot’s footprint into one of Singapore’s most ambitious smart city developments. The platform’s ability to perform consistently across mixed-use developments, business parks, and high-density commercial sites makes it well suited to UPS’s diverse delivery network.

With FedEx and DHL Express already in its partner network, QuikBot’s agreement with UPS completes a landmark trifecta with three of the world’s most recognised express delivery brands. It signals a clear industry shift: autonomous final-mile delivery has moved from pilot to production.
