QuikBot Technologies has signed a commercial agreement with DHL Express, one of the world’s leading international express delivery companies, to deploy its Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery (AFMD) Platform-as-a-Service across Singapore. The agreement, effective 1 January 2026, brings together two organisations committed to transforming how parcels move through dense urban environments.
DHL Express joins a growing roster of global logistics leaders working with QuikBot, alongside FedEx. The partnership puts QuikBot’s agentic AI platform to work within DHL Express’s Singapore operations, enabling robots to navigate buildings autonomously, interact with lifts and access points, and complete deliveries without human intervention.
“This agreement with DHL Express is a strong signal that the market is ready for fully autonomous final-mile delivery,” said Alan Ng, CEO of QuikBot Technologies. “We have built our AFMD platform to integrate seamlessly with existing logistics infrastructure, and DHL Express is exactly the kind of partner that will help us prove what physical AI can do at scale.”
QuikBot’s AFMD platform uses agentic AI to connect with smart city infrastructure, building management systems, lifts, turnstiles, and access points. It has already been deployed across sites including South Beach and upcoming Punggol Digital District, demonstrating reliable autonomous operations in complex, high-traffic environments.
The commercial agreement marks a pivotal moment for QuikBot as it scales its platform beyond pilots and into full commercial operations with a global logistics brand.
