QuikBot Technologies, the pioneer behind the world’s first Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery (AFMD) Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for Smart Cities, today announced the strategic appointment of three senior executives to its global leadership team as part of its ongoing commitment to robust corporate governance and international expansion.

Joining the Board are Mr. Chua Wee Liang as Chairman and President, Dr. Timothy Low as Executive Vice President and Board Director, alongside Founder and CEO Mr. Alan Ng. Concurrently, Mr. Aaron Goh has been appointed Vice President for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and General Manager of QuikBot Technologies UAE.

These appointments significantly strengthen QuikBot’s corporate governance as the company raises its Pre-Series A funding round. This expanded leadership team, comprising seasoned executives in private equity, healthcare, and international market development, will enhance board oversight, investor confidence, and institutional readiness as QuikBot accelerates commercialization, expands research and development, and scales its global operations.

QuikBot welcomes interest from institutional investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners aligned with its mission of transforming urban logistics through advanced automation.

Private Equity Veteran Mr. Chua Wee Liang Appointed Chairman & President (Effective 1 March 2025)

Mr. Chua brings over 27 years of private equity and capital markets experience, including 24 years in China. As Executive Partner at Cowin Capital Group, he co-founded its USD-denominated offshore private equity funds, attracting investment from sovereign wealth funds, global financial institutions, and family offices. The funds invest across healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors.

Previously, Mr. Chua led private equity and investment banking operations at OCBC and DBS in Greater China, driving strategic joint ventures. He holds an Executive MBA from CEIBS, a First-Class Honours Degree in Engineering from the University of Surrey, and executive education credentials from Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Singularity University.

Dr. Timothy Low Appointed Executive Vice President & Board Director, Leading Healthcare Logistics Strategy

Dr. Low offers over three decades of distinguished healthcare leadership, including roles as CEO of Gleneagles Hospital and founding CEO of Farrer Park Hospital, achieving annual revenues exceeding USD 100 million with EBITDA margins over 25%.

Previously Head of Global Healthcare Investments at Pavilion Capital, a Temasek Holdings subsidiary, Dr. Low delivered returns exceeding 3x MOIC. At QuikBot, he will oversee the company’s healthcare logistics initiatives, deploying autonomous solutions for medical supply chains and emergency response networks.

Dr. Low is a recipient of Singapore’s Public Service Medal, COVID-19 Resilience Medal, and was named a LinkedIn Top Motivational Voice in 2024.

Aaron Goh Appointed VP MENA & GM of QuikBot Technologies UAE, Spearheading Regional Expansion

With over 15 years of expertise in international market development, Mr. Goh previously served as Regional Director for Enterprise Singapore in the Middle East, leading strategic initiatives in smart cities, sustainability, and innovation.

He was instrumental in launching the Abu Dhabi–Singapore Smart Cities Open Innovation Challenge and establishing the Global Innovation Alliance node in the UAE.

Mr. Goh will now drive QuikBot’s expansion throughout the Middle East and East Africa, leveraging the UAE’s progressive urban development initiatives to introduce QuikBot’s AFMD Platform.
