QuikBot Technologies has deployed QuikSync with Mitsubishi Elevator Singapore, enabling autonomous robots to operate lifts independently across commercial buildings in Singapore. Live from April 2026, the deployment covers delivery, cleaning, and security robots, making it one of the first elevator integrations in Singapore to serve multiple robot functions under a single platform.
QuikSync is QuikBot’s proprietary elevator integration layer. It connects robots directly to elevator control systems, allowing them to call lifts, navigate between floors, and complete their tasks without human assistance. Most building robot deployments have historically required manual lift operation or custom integrations built for a single robot type. QuikSync removes that constraint. One integration, any robot, any function.
“Mitsubishi Elevator Singapore is a natural partner for this,” said Alan Ng, CEO of QuikBot Technologies. “Their elevator systems are installed across a significant number of buildings in Singapore. Deploying QuikSync with them means we can bring genuine multi-robot, multi-floor autonomy to a wide range of properties quickly and reliably.”
The deployment is already active across South Beach, Mapletree Business City, Geneo, and Ascent. Punggol Digital District is next in the pipeline. Across each site, a mix of robot types is coordinated through QuikBot’s Robotic Middleware Framework, with QuikSync managing vertical movement for all of them.
For building owners and facilities managers, the implications are straightforward. A single QuikSync integration supports the full spectrum of robotic operations in a building, whether that is parcel delivery to office floors, autonomous cleaning of common areas, or security patrol across multiple levels. No duplicated integrations, no vendor lock-in.
The partnership with Mitsubishi Elevator Singapore adds a critical hardware layer to QuikBot’s physical AI infrastructure stack and sets the foundation for fully autonomous, multi-function robot operations across Singapore’s commercial property landscape.
