• Collaborate closely with logistic partners to optimise parcel packing and deployment.

• Provide timely and comprehensive updates to stakeholders on delivery progress.
• Ensure continuous readiness of our robotic fleet, swiftly addressing operational challenges.
• Execute flawless e-commerce deliveries aligned with operational requirements.
• Capture photos and videos for content creation and as proof of delivery orders.
• Manage the CRM of our delivery platform, including inventory management.
• Perform demonstrations for clients showcasing the capabilities of our AFMD platform.
• Participate in events to promote QuikBot Technologies and educate audiences about our innovative solutions.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of the system to maintain operational efficiency.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Operations, or Customer Service, among others.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, and adept at web navigation.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in photography and videography for content creation and proof of delivery purposes.
