- You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- All content, trademarks, and data on our website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of QuikBot Technologies or its licensors and are protected by law.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your Personal Data is collected, used, and disclosed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
- By providing us with your Personal Data, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your Personal Data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
- Our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website, explains how we handle your Personal Data, including how you can access and correct your Personal Data and withdraw your consent.
- By providing us with your contact information, you consent to us contacting you for marketing purposes, such as informing you of new promotions, satisfaction surveys, or to contact you when you have won in any of our contests.
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.
- We will not retain your Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikBot Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (iv) theft, vandalism, acts of violence, or other unforeseen circumstances causing damage to our autonomous robots or smart lockers; (v) loss of items due to breakage of our smart lockers or derailing of autonomous robots.
- We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. This applies to all end users or customers/clients of our Services.
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Dubai & UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
- All contests and promotions (“Promotions”) conducted by QuikBot Technologies are subject to these Terms and any specific rules and regulations provided for each Promotion.
- Promotion periods will be clearly stated in the specific rules for each Promotion and are valid only while stocks last.
- Prizes offered in our Promotions cannot be changed or exchanged for cash.
- QuikBot Technologies reserves the right to replace items with others of the same type and similar value in the event that the original items become unavailable.
- Winners will be notified by email. We will not be liable if users input incorrect contact details and do not receive notifications.
- Our decisions in relation to any aspect of the Promotions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- By participating in our Promotions, you consent to us contacting you if you have won any prizes or for other promotional and marketing purposes.
